“One who has gathered the seven Dragon Balls, state thy wish. Whatever it may be, I can grant three wishes,” the Eternal Dragon Porunga declared immediately upon appearing, speaking his classic line.
“Porunga has appeared. Whatever wishes you have, you may state them now,” the Grand Elder said.
“I remember that Namek’s Eternal Dragon used to only be able to revive one person at a time. That could be a problem,” Bulma said as memories of the past surfaced in her mind.
“You needn’t worry about that. After the Frieza incident ended, I upgraded Porunga. The current Porunga can already grant wishes to revive multiple people at once,” the Grand Elder explained.
Hearing that, Bulma was overjoyed.
“That’s wonderful!”
Very soon, Piccolo stated the first wish.
To revive all the people on Earth who had been killed by Cell.

The wishes had been made, and a candidate for Earth’s Kami had been found. There was little point in remaining any longer.
After some discussion, Talot and Piccolo exchanged glances, and Talot taught him the training method of Instant Transmission.
