if she simply altered the apperance then the world goverment wouldnt give 2 F*cks about her, but when Akainu reattained her he said “When i heard that you escaped from the Goverment, it made my blood freeze” – Akainu. Which can only mean she truly controls peoples age, afterall only immortality would make her more valuble then Akainu
