In the moment before the explosion, Goku used Instant Transmission to escape.
Lin Chen shifted his gaze to the location where Piccolo was.
He had noticed that Goku had moved there.
Goku suppressed his aura, recovering his stamina next to Piccolo.
The vast power gap between the two caused Piccolo to not act recklessly.

Piccolo sighed with regret.
