Wano Country’s surrounding waters are monitored by Marines’ surveillance ships, but due to the special sea currents around Wano Country, those surveillance ships are far away from Wano Country. Within the Beasts Pirates, there are numerous Devil Fruit users capable of flight, so they have many methods to evade surveillance ships.
Furthermore, Omanyte has infiltrated the Den Den Mushi of CP0 team, resulting in them being monitored in return.
Queen’s whereabouts were only recently discovered, and the reason for this discovery is because of the king of the Cozia Kingdom; he revealed Queen’s identity.
Although they are a non-affiliated nation, they have contact information of the World Government, because in this world, there exists a creature called “bootlicker,” and many non-affiliated nations live like bootlickers.
World Government looks down on them, cares little for their safety, and will not send people to protect them, but these non-affiliated nations still shamelessly try to seek the favor of the World Government in hopes of gaining the opportunity to join them.
Though it’s very sad, it is indeed the best way for a country to exist in this abnormal world – to find a protective umbrella.
Collecting protection fees, protecting the nation, both the World Government and some pirates operate this way. Pirates like Kaido, Whitebeard, Charlotte Linlin, while still technically pirates, are essentially warlords ruling over a territory.
But they still carry the title of pirates, and unless they began as pirate nations, most people still choose to believe in the Marines and the World Government. Despite the exorbitant heavenly tribute and the corruption within the Marines, they are still much stronger than most pirates.
They believed in Queen that after defeating Germa, they would have to pay a huge price to him. So, thinking about Queen’s “only alive” bounty, they had a new idea; maybe they could use this opportunity to smoothly become an affiliated nation.
So, the royal family of this country straightforwardly sold Queen out, leading to the current situation.
As the most trusted executioners of the World Government, CP0 knows a lot of secret information. For example, Queen’s bounty skyrocketed due to his research abilities; his own strength is just average.
Of course, Queen was also well aware that out of his one billion bounty, roughly eight hundred million is likely because of undeserved blame. As the “Pot King” of the Beasts Pirates, he feels quite helpless about this.
In fact, they had arrived here long ago, but they have been observing him from the shadows all along. To the outside world, Queen’s strength is shrouded in mystery, and they want to understand more about Queen’s strength.

“Oni Princess, be careful. This powder is toxic and could potentially cause unknown effects if inhaled.”
As a Steel-type Pokémon with most of its body being a specialized mechanical structure, poisons have no effect on Genesect whatsoever. It can easily function as a mobile air filter.
While Bishop and Lance were attacking Yamato, Queen had already noticed them, which was Knight’s plan. He hoped to use an attack on Yamato to distract Queen.
And it proved successful; these people suddenly attacking Yamato did indeed distract Queen. If something happened to Yamato, he wouldn’t fare well either.
He hadn’t been worried when it was about Judge because he understood him well enough, but now it was different.
When he wanted to go support Yamato, Knight used Soru to appear in front of Queen in an instant.
“A chance.”
He raised his leg high, a purple light flashed over Knight’s body, then a heavy stomp landed directly on Queen’s head.

But immediately, without waiting for Knight to answer, he and Knight both used Geppo to dodge upward. Just as they dodged, a laser shot out from Queen’s tail, leaving a charred pit in their previous position.
Then Queen pulled his head out of the soil, shook it, and disdainfully looked towards the sky.
“You thought such a weak attack could defeat me? Compared to those pe*verts, your attacks are too weak!”
