Back in Talot’s mental world.
As the power of Super Saiyan gradually took over the entire sea, the power of the Great Ape acted like a catalyst, emerging from the endless pool of Super Saiyan energy and making the Super Saiyan energy boil even more intensely.
This wasn’t passive, it was something Talot actively did.
He used his own spirit energy to fuse the powers. In the process of breaking through, borrowing the power of the Great Ape seemed to make things much easier.
[As expected, the Super Saiyan transformation does have something to do with the Great Ape’s power! Even if I don’t consciously trigger it, once the Super Saiyan energy within my body bursts forth, the Great Ape’s power will automatically activate, enhancing my strength.] Talot was now completely sure that the power of the Great Ape and the power of Super Saiyan complemented each other.
Although, with his current ability, he couldn’t yet unleash the 10x boost of the Great Ape’s power on top of Super Saiyan.
But, he could now utilize the boost of the Great Ape’s power on top of Super Saiyan to become stronger.
In the mental world, light burst forth.
At the same time, Talot no longer hesitated; his consciousness returned to his physical body, and he opened his eyes.
Rising from the ground, even before he actively erupted, the Super Saiyan energy within him was already overflowing, like a dam that had developed cracks, with water pouring out through the breach.
“Haahhhh!!!!” he shouted loudly.
Talot clenched his fists tightly, continuously exerting force, as golden lightning suddenly surged around his body, lashing across North Kai’s Planet and turning the surrounding space overwhelmingly stifling.
His jet-black hair, stirred by the surging Super Saiyan energy despite no wind, finally turned golden and stood up straight.
Was it over just like that?
No!
It was only just beginning. As the energy erupted more and more violently, Talot’s muscles all over his body began to swell to a defined extent.
In that instant, a powerful pressure spread out from Talot as the center, causing the entire North Kai’s Planet to tremble violently.
Golden aura, like an erupting volcano, gushed endlessly from Talot’s body.
North Kai, Raditz, and Salari were the first to bear the brunt of it.
Behind them, Gregory and Bubbles quickly ducked behind the house in the distance, seeking some sense of security.
Anyone weaker, struck by this terrifying aura, would have been blown away instantly.
“Amazing! Did he really succeed?! This aura… it feels different from the usual Super Saiyan.” North Kai, being sensible, hid behind Raditz and Salari.
In terms of actual power level, he clearly couldn’t match Raditz or Salari.
“No! No, it’s not over yet.” Salari seemed to sense something and spoke up.
Next to her, Raditz wore a grim expression: “To be this strong already… Talot has completely left us in the dust!”
Unwilling, yet also happy for Talot’s success.
After all, if Talot could do it, that meant the road ahead was even longer, achieving the Super Saiyan transformation wasn’t the limit.
“Keep watching. Let’s release our aura to form a barrier, if anything goes wrong, at least it won’t be catastrophic.” Salari glanced at Raditz.
The two exchanged a look and nodded, then each released their aura to shield the area.
Just in case. Even though everything seemed to be going smoothly now, no one could guarantee what would happen next.
In a crisis, they could escape using high-speed movement or Instant Transmission, but North Kai couldn’t do that.
Seeing Raditz and Salari’s actions, North Kai was also moved.
The breakthrough process became more intense and astonishing, almost unbelievable.
The aura kept surging, and the power kept rising!
Until the rampaging aura gradually calmed down, and a terrifying pressure enveloped North Kai’s Planet, even spreading outward.
Bathed in golden light, Talot appeared before everyone in a new form.
Although he still looked like a Super Saiyan, the amount and length of his golden hair had noticeably increased.
This wasn’t even the most obvious part; his already strong physique had become even more muscular, his entire body like a towering rock.
This form was without a doubt Super Saiyan Grade 2.
“Whew~!!” Having completed the first stage of transformation, Talot let out a long breath.
Relaxing his tense nerves and feeling the surging power within his body, a look of excitement naturally appeared on his face.
In terms of strength, it had indeed far surpassed the normal Super Saiyan Grade 1.
With the power of this form, Talot’s power level was no longer the 175 million of Super Saiyan Grade 1.
It had reached 210 million!
And that was without even using the boost of the Great Ape’s power. If he were to use the Great Ape’s power now, his strength might not shoot up into the absurd several hundred millions or even a billion, but at the very least, his power level could rise into the 250 to 300 million range!
Of course, if he went all out in a desperate explosion of power, it might even exceed 300 million.
“Incredible… he really managed to surpass Super Saiyan. This power… it’s terrifying.” North Kai wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, his eyes scanning Talot up and down, utterly shocked.
Sure, this kind of breakthrough still seemed to fall just a little short of something.
North Kai couldn’t quite explain it, but he could say for certain, Talot had indeed broken through his limits.
Raditz and Salari were already dumbfounded.
In front of Talot, they seemed even weaker.

“Brother Talot, is this form the Super Saiyan that goes beyond Super Saiyan?” Salari suppressed the excitement in her heart and asked to confirm.
The words of the three entered Talot’s ears, causing him, who had been silently composing himself, to raise his head and look over: “Sort of, but not entirely! It’s definitely beyond the regular Super Saiyan, but still lacking in many ways. Also, on top of this, I should be able to transform one more time.”
As his words fell, Raditz, Salari, and North Kai were once again shocked.
Naturally, Gregory and Bubbles heard it too, but they could no longer comprehend what was happening.
“You can transform again? After surpassing Super Saiyan, you’re saying you can surpass Super Saiyan again?!” Raditz’s tone had completely changed.
He could no longer describe his feelings, nor could he control his emotions.
“Brother Talot, you can transform one more time?!” Salari was so shocked she could hardly speak, only able to confirm through a counter-question.
This current Super Saiyan form was already something far beyond their reach, yet now he could take it even further.
North Kai, however, didn’t say anything. His sunglasses flashed with a sudden gleam.
Earlier, he’d had a vague sense that something felt off. Now he understood, Talot’s current state wasn’t the form beyond Super Saiyan, but a transitional stage.
It all depended on whether Talot could truly take that next step.
North Kai wouldn’t have known that Super Saiyan’s first level alone had four grades, let alone the later forms like Super Saiyan 2, 3, 4, or even Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Blue, and so on.
“I’ll give it a try and see. You guys just watch from here!” Talot leapt into the air, choosing to leave North Kai’s Planet.
Not for any other reason, but for the fear that he might lose control of his power and damage North Kai’s Planet.
By going there, at least he wouldn’t risk causing the planet to explode due to a short-term loss of control.
Seeing Talot choose to leave North Kai’s Planet and head to Snake Way to attempt his breakthrough, North Kai secretly let out a sigh of relief.
Raditz and Salari took several steps forward, watching intently.
