The area within several hundred miles shook incessantly due to the force unleashed by Slug.
Air pressure fluctuated as winds howled and clouds surged.
In the sky, dark clouds loomed, and countless bolts of lightning descended from the sky, lashing at the ground around Slug.
Slug’s body was expanding, a sinister gleam flashing through his eyes, making him appear like a demon king crawling out from the depths of an abyss.
All the Namekians who witnessed this scene were stunned and terrified by Slug’s transformation.
A bone-chilling cold swept up from their feet, engulfing their entire bodies. The terrifying aura radiating from Slug felt like a suppression of their very bloodline, dragging them into an entirely new world.
“So… so scary, that guy’s a demon…” Bulma clung to Talot’s hand with a terrified expression, hiding behind him.
Slug had left a deep psychological shadow in her heart.
“Don’t be afraid. It’s just a flashy display.” Comforting Bulma, Talot continued watching the scene ahead.
“This old geezer… is really staking everything, using his life to condense his essence and unleash one final burst of brilliance,” Raditz said with emotion.
It was obvious that being pushed to this point meant he had been completely overpowered by Salari, left with no other option.
“Let’s have a good look then, just how strong is the young Slug!” Not to mention this ability, even a last burst of strength before dying can be terrifying. Talot extended his perception to fully envelop and observe the changes in Slug’s aura, silently adding in his heart: [Don’t disappoint me.]
Under everyone’s watchful eyes, Slug’s appearance and physique finally stabilized in the prime of his youth.
With his final, unwilling roar dissipating into the sky, his transformation was at last complete.
Such an unnatural transformation—it was hard to imagine that an ability like this could even exist in the world.
A vibrant, incredibly powerful young body, had actually been achieved through some kind of ability that reversed aging.
At this moment, not only had Slug regained his youthful form, but even the serious injuries he had sustained earlier at Salari’s hands were completely healed.
On Namek, the Grand Elder was the most shaken of all.
“Slug’s power… really has reached this level! He truly is the greatest genius in a thousand years—surpassing even me,” the Grand Elder muttered, deeply shaken and unable to calm his heart.
The immense power radiating from Slug even reminded him of his own younger self.
That invisible pressure and overwhelming impact—Slug’s current strength had even surpassed his own when he was young!
…
“He really got younger? He wasn’t lying! This aura… it’s insanely strong!!” Salari focused intently, carefully sensing the strange aura emanating from Slug, drawing in a sharp breath before centering herself and stabilizing her energy.
She couldn’t be entirely sure how strong he was now, but by her estimation—even using 10x Kaio-ken, she might not be a match for him.
The young Slug was completely different from who he had been before.
“So satisfying. The power of youth… it’s intoxicating.”
Having returned to his youthful form, Slug felt the overwhelming force surging and boiling within his body. An uncontrollable excited smile spread across his face.
This feeling of power flooding through his entire body—he had almost forgotten it. This was his prime!
If it hadn’t been a matter of absolute necessity, he would never have made such a dangerous move.
He had sacrificed the last twenty years of his life span, allowing his body to temporarily return to its peak youthful state.
From here on, he needed to end this quickly—eliminate everyone here at the fastest possible speed, then obtain the dragon balls and return to his youth in the truest sense, to offset the cost of this sacrifice.
Otherwise, once the time was up, he would lose without even fighting—his lifespan would run out, and he would die completely.
Slug’s current power level was terrifying—an astonishing 10 million!
“Kept you waiting, monkey woman! It’s too late to beg for mercy now.” Slug turned around coldly, his eyes filled with contempt for the world locked onto Salari.
With the strength he now possessed, even if Salari had hidden strength, she was absolutely no match for him.
“I’ll even give you a chance—go ahead and call your companions over. That way, when you all die together, at least it won’t be so lonely.”
Slug’s laughter grew increasingly arrogant.
Such words, however, didn’t enrage Salari. On the contrary, she began to laugh as well.
A cold, biting laugh born from fury. After a moment of scornful chuckling, Salari’s face turned serious: “Don’t you think you’re a bit overconfident? Let me tell you, I alone am enough for you. If my companions joined in, you might actually be killed in an instant.”
“Hmph! You had your chance to surrender.” Slug sneered before suddenly attacking.
‘BOOM!!!!’ A thunderous explosion rang out.
The ground shattered—Slug had closed the distance instantly.
Salari instantly unleashed 5x Kaio-ken and rapidly retreated!
As she defended against Slug’s assault, the Kaio-ken’s multiplier increased by one every second, until it reached 10x. At that point, Salari’s power level had reached 6 million!
But… was 6 million now high?
Not in the slightest!
Compared to the young and peak-form Slug, she was still like an ant.
A power level of ten million versus six million—there was still a four million gap between them.
“So this is your full strength? Not using it earlier… was your biggest mistake!”
Slug crushed Salari one-sidedly, launching a relentless barrage of deadly attacks.
Slug felt fortunate that he had used this ultimate fallback technique—if the earlier battle had continued, he likely wouldn’t have even had the chance to use it.
Under Slug’s frenzied assault, Salari was already coughing up blood, and her battle armor had been torn to shreds.
Her injuries were visible to the naked eye, yet Salari refused to give in easily.
She hadn’t reached her limit yet.
“Don’t get cocky! I’m far from finished! 15x Kaio-ken!!!” With a roar, Salari forcibly pushed her Kaio-ken to fifteen times.
In a single burst, her power level soared to 9 million.
Although the gap in power level had now shrunk to only one million, Salari was still being suppressed by Slug.
Right now, unless you had a power level in the hundreds of millions, a one-million-point difference was still significant.
And so, Salari, still on the losing end, saw her injuries continue to worsen.
“Monkey Woman! I’ve already seen through your tricks! This so-called Kaio-ken may seem like it’s boosting your strength, but it’s also constantly wearing down your body!” Slug laughed maniacally, his relentless attacks continuing to rain down—he wanted to finish Salari off in one go.
Such a brutal scene made Raditz feel a strong urge to rush in and help her.
Talot also couldn’t bear to watch, but they both knew—Salari was quite proud. If they intervened before she admitted defeat or before she had given it her all, she’d hate them for a very, very long time.
“20x!! Kaio-ken!!!”
Gritting her teeth and enduring the pain, Salari unleashed her final burst of power.
A terrifying wave of blood-colored energy erupted like a tsunami, fearsome to the extreme.
Breaking through the 10 million threshold, her power level soared to 12 million!
At that moment, even Slug was forced to retreat—his blood and energy surged out of control, and his mind went momentarily blank.
